Witherite Law Group is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Dallas, TX. You will manage a high-volume personal injury caseload, coordinate medical records, and draft demand letters, while maintaining strong client communication and file integrity.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, experience in pre-litigation and supervision, and is proficient with Filevine and Microsoft Office. This role emphasizes detail, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Pre-litigation case management and negotiation is a plus.
• Experience supervising and managing other team members.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Paralegal certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 115-135 personal injury cases.
• Maintain client communication every two weeks with case updates and questions.
• Take ownership over client files for review with Attorney.
• Draft liability, personal injury protection and uninsured motorist demand letters.
• Acquire and review medical and billing records during treatment.
• Maintain case management data in Filevine.
• Collaborate with case assistants to ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Filevine.
• Perform other duties as required.
