Witherite Law Group is seeking a meticulous Pre-Litigation Case Auditor to oversee and audit case management across Pre Litigation Commercial and Non-Commercial teams in Dallas, TX. The role ensures cases are handled efficiently, accurately, and per internal standards and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in pre-litigation or legal operations, strong analytical skills, and a client-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pre‑litigation, case management, legal operations, collections, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial and non‑commercial case workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Audit active and inactive cases across Commercial and Noncommercial prelitigation teams.
• Ensure cases progress according to internal workflows and client guidelines.
• Identify missing documentation and escalate as needed.
• Verify accuracy of case notes and system updates.
• Track aging, turnaround times, and milestones to ensure timely movement.
• Provide regular client updates on case status.
• Identify gaps in communication and recommend improvements.
• Prepare audit findings, trend analyses, and performance summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Case Managers.
