Witherite Law Group in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support a high-performing personal injury practice. You will manage a caseload of 50–80 cases, track data in Filevine, and prepare trial binders in a digital, paperless environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a plaintiff’s PI firm, excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Filevine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm.
• <br/>Excellent verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (Filevine preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Possess a working knowledge of personal injury cases in all phases of litigation.
• Effectively manage a caseload of 50-80 cases.
• Accurately track case data in case management software, Filevine.
• Prepare for and assemble Trial Binders and other case documents.
