This is a full-time role based in our Arizona office, requiring experience in legal case management. Responsibilities include guiding clients from intake to settlement, maintaining records, and drafting legal documents.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of case management (pre-litigation) experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships with clients and guide them through the case process from intake to settlement.
• Monitor cases by verifying client attendance and communicating treatment responses.
• Maintain client records by reviewing notes and progress.
• Draft legal documents such as letters of representation and preservation of evidence.
