Job summary

The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is seeking a Pre-litigation Assistant for our Personal Injury team in Arizona. This full-time role emphasizes client-friendly case management and meticulous documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a background in legal case management, bilingual Spanish is preferred, and 2–5 years in pre-litigation. You will support clients from intake to settlement, maintaining confidential files and coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in criminal justice, sociology, or related studies
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• 2-5 years of case management (pre-litigation) experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent telephone customer service with active listening
• Superior time management and ability to handle multiple cases

Responsibilities

• Create relationships with clients and guide them through the case process from intake to settlement
• Monitor cases by verifying client attendance and evaluating treatments
• Maintain client records by reviewing case notes
• Communicates client progress via weekly interdisciplinary meetings
• Request medical records and manage government claim forms
• Draft legal documents such as letters of representation
• Ensure client file is complete for demand and potential litigation
• Maintain client confidentiality
