Job summary

Ampact is seeking an Early Learning Tutor to join the Early Learning Corps in a pre-kindergarten classroom in Miami. You will help students build early literacy and math skills through proven activities, working closely with a teacher and on-site coach.

You will support student development, participate in coaching and training, and contribute to a positive learning environment for young children across the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading and writing.
• Dependable with a good attendance history.
• Able to follow instructions and improve based on feedback.
• Basic computer skills (email and basic online navigation).

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult who's focused on helping students thrive.
• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into tracking software.
• Commit to your own growth through coaching and training.
• Share your experience with community.
