Job summary

Ampact's Early Learning Corps is seeking an Early Learning Tutor to support pre-kindergarten students in daily activities, building literacy and math skills in collaboration with an on-site coach. You’ll work in a classroom setting with a structured schedule for the 2026-27 school year, typically 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for speaking, reading and writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult focused on helping students thrive.
• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet with the on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores into tracking software.
• Commit to growth through coaching and training.
• Share experiences with the community.
