Job summary

Ampact's Early Learning Corps seeks an Early Learning Tutor to support a pre-kindergarten classroom. You will deliver proven activities, coach students, and partner with a teacher to build early literacy and math skills.

You'll gain coaching, training, and opportunities to contribute to the community while impacting young learners across the school day. The role offers part- or full-time (32 hours/week) with weekday hours aligned to school times.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English for speaking, reading and writing.
• Dependable with good attendance and reliability.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (email, online navigation).

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult focused on helping students thrive in a classroom.
• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the onsite coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores into the tracking software.
• Commit to personal growth through coaching and training.
• Share experiences with the community.
