Job summary

Ampact's Early Learning Corps seeks an Early Learning Tutor to join a pre-kindergarten classroom, helping students build literacy and math skills and grow confidence. Training and coaching will be provided as you deliver proven activities with a classroom teacher.

You'll engage children through talking, reading, singing, and hands-on activities, tracking progress with on-site support and ongoing professional development. This role supports early childhood learners in Florida schools.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Dependable with good attendance history
• Able to follow instructions and implement feedback
• Proficient with email and basic computer tasks
• Citizen/national or lawful permanent resident of the United States
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult focused on helping students thrive
• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day
• Track student progress and meet with on-site coach
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores into tracking software
• Commit to personal growth through coaching and training
• Share experiences with the community
