Alpha is hiring a Pre-K teacher to design joyful, sensory-rich learning experiences that foster early literacy, numeracy, self-regulation, and social development. You will create a classroom where every child feels emotionally safe, deeply known, and excited to come to school.

Observe progress with structured screenings, personalize learning, and partner with families to support growth beyond the classroom.

Qualifications

• Work full-time, on-site in Austin, TX with relocation assistance.
• Associate degree or higher, or any U.S. state teaching license/certification.
• At least 2 years of experience with children ages 3-5 in a play-based classroom.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Design joyful, sensory-rich learning experiences building literacy, numeracy, self-regulation, and social development.
• Create a classroom where every child feels emotionally safe and excited to learn.
• Observe development in real time and document progress with structured screening and assessment tools.
• Personalize learning by aligning activities to each child's interests and needs.

• Use AI tools for documentation, family communication, and planning to maximize time with children.
