Alpha is hiring a Curriculum Coordinator for its Austin campus. This role leads coaching for PreK Guides, designs play-based learning themes, and tracks milestone progress with real-time data to accelerate readiness outcomes.

You will spend time in classrooms and behind-the-scenes design work, mentoring Guides, and communicating with families about progress and goals. Relocation support is provided for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with children ages 3–5.
• Experience coaching or managing educators.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to work in-person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support.

Responsabilités

• Lead 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions for PreK Guides.
• Design and facilitate play-based learning blocks balancing SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Review and calibrate Guide documentation weekly for rubric alignment.
• Prepare family updates and run team huddles that align priorities and reinforce campus readiness goals.
