Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher to lead a Pre‑K classroom in Austin, TX, on-site and full-time, with relocation assistance available. You will design engaging, play-based learning experiences that build early literacy and numeracy while ensuring emotional safety and curiosity.

You will observe development in real time, document progress with structured tools, tailor activities to each child, and partner with families to support growth beyond the classroom.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or any U.S. state teaching license or certification.
• At least 2 years of experience with children ages 3–5 in a structured, play-based classroom.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Design joyful, sensory-rich learning experiences building early literacy and numeracy.
• Create a classroom where every child feels emotionally safe and excited to learn.

• Personalize activities around each child's interests and needs.
