Job summary

Alpha Austin campus is seeking a Preschool Program Coordinator to lead PreK readiness through guide coaching, program fidelity, and joyful, data-driven classrooms. You will split time between classrooms and curriculum design, coaching Guides with clear goals, and sharing progress with families.

This is a hands-on leadership role with relocation support and day-one benefits, offering a six-figure salary and a dedicated on-site team in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions for PreK Guides, modeling techniques, and celebrating measurable wins
• Design and facilitate play-based learning blocks that balance SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills, modeling best-in-class practice for the team
• Review and calibrate Guide documentation weekly for rubric alignment and actionability, leading calibration sessions to keep milestone progress visible
• Prepare family updates and run team huddles that align priorities and reinforce shared expectations toward campus-wide PreK readiness goals
