Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• GACE Paraprofessional Assessment or Technical Certificate of Credit in Early Childhood Education accepted in lieu of passing GACE.
• Associate's Degree or higher per GaPSC requirements.
• Must meet Bright From the Start requirements as indicated in Education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom organization and materials preparation.
• Support Pre-K students and teacher; reinforce learning objectives.
• Participate in lunchroom, recess, hall-monitoring, and bus duties.
• Prepare and maintain learning centers for instruction.
• Assist with daily routines, attendance, and instructional guidelines as assigned.
