Job summary

The University of Denver is seeking a Biological Sciences Pre-Health Student Success and Program Coordinator in Denver, CO. This full-time staff role combines advising, program coordination, and departmental operations to advance student success within the Biological Sciences and Pre-Health Education & Advising program.

You will support advising initiatives, manage events, track outcomes, and collaborate with faculty and staff.

Qualifications

Ability to be adaptable and flexible.
Working knowledge of advising and counseling techniques.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group advising support for pre-health students and alumni pursuing healthcare careers in partnership with the Director of Pre-Health Education and Advising.
Assist students on academic planning, professional school preparation, and application processes.
Coordinate pre-health workshops, information sessions, outreach activities, and communications.
Maintain student and alumni records, outcome tracking, and program assessment data.
Provide administrative support to the Director of Pre-Health Education & Advising, including scheduling and program coordination.
