Job summary

The University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business invites applications for the Associate Director, Daniels Student Success Center Advising Operations and Academic Planning. This senior role leads the operational infrastructure supporting student progression, academic planning, course management, and degree completion across undergraduate and graduate programs.

You will partner with academic departments, the Registrar, and graduate education offices; supervise the Scheduling Manager and MOS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in academic operations, registrar functions, scheduling, or program administration.
• Experience building and managing databases.
• Proven analytical, organizational, and process management skills.
• Experience with Excel, Airtable, Banner, Slate or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning, enrollment, and course management efforts.
• Audit degree progress and coordinate graduation processes.
• Generate reports to support advising, retention, and operations.
• Oversee dual degree programs and quarterly ceremonies.
• Supervise scheduling and MOS coordination; manage non-degree course requests.
