Job summary

Irby Construction in Richland, MS is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Construction Services Coordinator I to support bid preparation, document control, and pre-bid coordination under the supervision of the Pre-Construction Services Manager.

You'll organize bid documents, input data in Salesforce and estimating tools, manage calendars, coordinate site visits, and assist with client proposals while developing core coordination skills for advancement within the Pre-Construction track.

Qualifications

• Education preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 0-2 years in construction coordination or office admin preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn CRM and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain bid documents with version control.
• Input bid data in Salesforce, estimating software, and cost databases.
• Maintain bid calendar and submission deadlines with logs.
• Track pre-bid meetings and share information with Field Operations.
• Assist in preparing client proposals and qualification packages.
• Submit Terms & Conditions to Legal; track redlines to closure.
• Manage COI requests for active pursuits.
• Support vendor qualification platforms and bonding processes.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and JDE data entry.
• Update estimating databases with lessons learned from closed projects.
