Job summary

Edconic is seeking a Student Services Representative for our CA pre-college program in San Jose. You will serve as the primary contact for students and families, coordinating information flow between parents, students, staff, and faculty to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role involves clerical duties, attendance checks, inquiries handling, and supporting residential life staff. Flexible shifts (7am–11pm) and a non-residential position with no housing offered are noted.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome students; provide accurate information to families about classes and campus events.
• Answer phone/email inquiries with high professional standards.
• Perform daily attendance checks.
• Email parents/guardians about unaccounted day students.
• Locate missing residential students; check dorms/classrooms; contact roommates.
• Inform parents after 30–45 minutes if a student is missing.
• Run Missing Student Report per protocol and coordinate with staff.
• Create pastoral notes in student profiles and attend weekly staff meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
