• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; strong communication skills.

• Organized, detail oriented and professional in engagements with schools, parents and students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting events for Pre-College Academy at high schools and on DBU’s campus.
• Organize admissions/advising/registration for dual credit high school students.
• Provide support to prospective and current Pre-College Academy students and families.
• Support Advance Registration for new freshmen students.
• Correspond with applicants via written and telephone communications; maintain regular contact.
• Travel to in-town or out-of-town recruiting events.
• Assist admissions staff with clerical and recruitment tasks; meet enrollment goals.
• Support university events on behalf of Undergraduate Admissions.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Assistant Director of Recruitment.
