Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include education, communications, marketing, or related area.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student services, or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide excellent student service.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with high school students, parents, and educators.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel extensively, and work evenings/weekends during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities to expand participation in the dual enrollment program.
• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and counselors to answer questions and provide program information.
• Represent Bethel University at high school visits, events, and college fairs.
• Utilize the University CRM system to manage communications, track engagement, and drive applications.
• Support admission processes for dual enrollment students, including processing applications and transcripts, communications, and decisions.
• Track grant awards and maintain records across institutions; assist with billing and registration changes.
• Plan and execute campus events for dual enrollment students and families; provide timely financial aid support.
• Maintain accurate student records for compliance and reporting; assist with data for enrollment projections.
• Collaborate with Admissions and other offices to connect dual enrollment students to traditional pathways.
