Job summary

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk in our Arlington, TN Service Center. Responsibilities include answering calls on a multi-line system, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers.

Position is part-time, Monday–Friday 4:00pm–10:00pm, with a starting wage of $18.76 per hour. Qualified candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask, type 30 WPM, dependable, and proficient with Windows and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Type at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well-organized.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system.
• Redirect calls to appropriate contacts.
• Data entry and processing of driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers.
• Other duties may apply as requested by management.

Requirements:
