Responsibilities

• Support guest services operations: Coordinate department activities and assist lobby and bell teams.
• Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, guests, and teammates.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, local recommendations, and information to enhance the guest experience.
• Prepare group documentation: organize paperwork, rooming lists, and details for timely delivery of amenities and luggage.
• Support special projects: assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
