Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-admission assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care for pre- or post-surgical patients.
• Ensure high-quality, safe patient care and compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Care for patients from 1 month to geriatric ages.
