Job summary

Stark Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a Pre-Admissions Testing Registered Nurse (PAT RN) to support surgical patients and ensure smooth preoperative workflows.

The PAT RN will coordinate assessment data, develop care plans with patients and families, and deliver age-appropriate nursing care while ensuring weekdays-only shifts with no holidays, weekends, or on-call requirements. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care by collecting and analyzing assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and develop care plans with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Identify interventions to achieve expected outcomes and evaluate progress.
• Document the process and ensure age-specific needs of patients are met.
