Prayer Center Communications Director

Job summary

Paycom is seeking an experienced operations leader to direct and coordinate the prayer center’s phone operations in support of LOI’s ministry. You will supervise supervisory staff, manage budgeting, and collaborate with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery and prayer outreach.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to develop processes that boost professionalism and morale while handling reports and strategy meetings.

Qualifications

• Type at least 45 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and organize the phone center to meet the needs and ministry of LOI.
• Work with staff on overall direction of the daily operation of the phone center.
• Develop a program of professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude to meet needs of viewers and donors.
• Prepare and submit a quarterly departmental budget to ministry management.
• Oversee the work of outside services and vendors.
• Produce and develop reports for internal and external needs.
• Meet with staff to share positive reports and testimonies.
• Lead department leadership team and motivate staff.
