Job summary

Mission: Pre-Born, Inc. is seeking a Prayer Shield Coordinator to lead the Prayer House, translating the Director’s vision into daily ministry rhythms. You will supervise intercessors, manage schedules, and ensure sustained prayer coverage for leadership, clinics, donors, and campaigns.

You will guide onsite and remote intercessors, organize prayer gatherings, and maintain confidentiality while advancing PreBorn!’s mission and core values.

Qualifications

• Committed to Jesus Christ and PreBorn!’s mission.
• Experience in prayer ministry, church ministry, nonprofit ministry, or related environment.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and ministry rhythms of the Prayer House.
• Translate strategic vision into practical schedules, assignments, and operating plans.
• Ensure prayer coverage is maintained during operating hours and coordinate intercessor schedules.
• Facilitate prayer meetings, intercessory sessions, and special gatherings.
• Provide leadership, direction, and spiritual support to Prayer House staff.
