Job summary

PreBorn! seeks a Director of Prayer House to provide spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership for the organization’s Prayer House. This role will build a ministry of prayer that covers mission, leadership, employees, clinics, donors, and growth.

The Director will recruit and develop staff, establish prayer coverage, integrate prayer into decision-making, and partner with executives to advance the organization’s mission with integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum commitment to Jesus Christ and PreBorn’s faith.
• Proven experience in prayer ministry or church leadership.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive prayer strategy aligned with mission.
• Build and lead Prayer House staff and volunteers.
• Provide pastoral care and crisis prayer support.
• Integrate prayer with organizational priorities.
• Manage budgets and reporting for Prayer House.
• Foster external prayer mobilization and community engagement.
• Partner with departments to identify prayer needs and opportunities.
