Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher; or an Associate's degree plus 3 years of professional experience, or 6 years of professional work experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; effective time management.
  • Great attention to detail and follow up.
  • Ability to manage projects, assignments, and competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform phone interview operations per CDC PRAMS protocol.
  • Complete trainings mandated by Louisiana PRAMS and the CDC PRAMS protocol and guidance.
  • Assure compliance in following the appropriate script to conduct telephone interviews.
  • Assist in batch management in PRAMS data systems including survey data entry and logging.
  • Conduct PRAMS data collection and perform data quality checks and corrections as needed.
  • Assist in preparation and processing of outgoing/incoming mail for surveys.
  • Meet data entry and interview quotas; assist in rewards tracking with logs.
  • Assist with special projects and participate in weekly state surveillance meetings.
