  • Manages batch activities in PRAMS software and data entry of surveys.
  • Conducts PRAMS data collection and quality checks; ensures script compliance.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and processes incoming mail; maintains logs.
  • Maintains confidentiality and supports data management and reporting.

You must complete all required portions of the application and attach the required documents in order to be considered for employment.**Department**OPH-Bureau of Family Health## ## **Job Summary**## ## **Job Description*** Performs all required phone interview operations activities as outlined in the CDC PRAMS protocol* Performs any additional activities required to successfully complete phone operations as outlined in the CDC PRAMS protocol* Completes all required trainings as mandated by Louisiana PRAMS and the CDC PRAMS protocol and guidance* Assures compliance in following the appropriate script to conduct telephone interviews* Assists in the management of all batch activities in PIDS, the PRAMS operations tracking software including survey data entry, new numbers entry and logging of received surveys* Conducts PRAMS data collection, including conducting quality checks of data entered and make corrections as necessary* Assists in the preparation of all out-going mail and process all incoming mail (completed surveys and returned mail)* Meets staff data entry quotas, as well as interview call and completion quotas* Searches for new numbers and enters numbers according to operational schedule* Assists in the preparation and distribution of all rewards using systematic approach and detailed logs for tracking by batch, mom, and gift card number* Informs the Statewide Surveillance Manager of PRAMS activities on a frequent basis through participation in weekly meetings* Participates in CDC training visits, workshops and conferences as necessary* Works with Data Systems Manager, PRAMS team, CDC, and other PRAMS states to develop strategies and solutions to problems and situations regarding data collection and management* Maintains confidentiality and security of all data according to state and federal requirements and regulations* Participates in community MCH events, such as local “Baby Showers”, to promote PRAMS and track community outreach events throughout the year* Participates in internal staff, project, and professional development meetings and trainings as requested or assigned.* Assists with special projects as necessary.* Supports the coordination and management of Emergency Operations during activation and as needed between events.* Other tasks as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS** **REQUIRED:*** Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree plus 3 years of professional experience, or 6 years of professional work experience.* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; effective organizational and time management skills.* Great attention to detail and follow up.* Ability to manage projects, assignments, and competing priorities.* Proficient in the use of Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.**DESIRED:*** Advanced degree.* Minimum 1 year professional experience performing administrative functions within an office environment or health care field.* Minimum 1 year professional experience conducting telephone interviews.* Minimum 1 year professional experience with data entry.* Relevant industry certifications.SALARY: 37-47k**Required Attachments** Please upload the following documents in the Resume/Cover Letter section.* Detailed resume listing relevant qualifications and experience;* Cover Letter indicating why you are a good fit for the position and LSU New Orleans;* Names and contact information of three references; Applications that do not include the required uploaded documents may not be considered.## Posting Close DateThis position will remain open until filled.
