Job summary

AEG is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to inspire and support the team, deliver exceptional patient care, and drive meaningful business results on-site. This hands-on role focuses on daily practice operations, patient flow, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability and willingness to learn and function across multiple practice positions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily practice operations, patient flow, team coordination, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor and assist across practice functions to support patient care and operational execution.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training reinforcement as requested by the Practice Manager.
• Escalate concerns outside of role authority and participate in interviews/onboarding as needed.
