The MetroHealth System is seeking an administrative support professional to enhance the operational flow of the assigned practice at the main campus satellites and affiliated community partners. You will perform a variety of duties to support the department and assigned faculty members, upholding the system's mission and customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
  • Administrative support experience or experience performing duties relevant to the position.
  • Proficient PC skills with Word, Excel, Acrobat, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills, communication skills and problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.

Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER

Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: 830a-5p Mon-Fri

Summary:

Enhances the operational flow of the assigned practice/medical service at the main campus satellites, and affiliated community partners. Required:

Physical Demands:
  • May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating.
  • May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing.
  • Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.
  • Ability to read job related documents.
  • Ability to use computer.
