Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Practice Performance Manager to drive provider performance and program implementation across Medicare Advantage. You will collaborate with physicians, medical groups and ACOs, delivering education, reporting and targeted improvement plans.

The role requires travel up to 75% within the assigned territory, strong data analytics, and expertise in STARs measures and HEDIS. A healthcare background and provider relations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• 1+ year of STARs experience.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Live within or in close proximity to territory (Melbourne, FL).

Responsibilities

• Program implementation and provider performance management using designated metrics (4 STAR gap closure and coding accuracy).
• Develop provider-specific plans to improve HEDIS performance and outcomes.
• Work directly with care providers to build relationships and provide education and reporting.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis with subject matter experts.
• Lead Stars-specific JOC meetings with provider groups to drive ongoing process improvement.
• Provide reporting to health plan leadership on progress and results.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver provider education, coaching and consultation.
