You will lead budget development, performance reporting, and strategic growth initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience and safety in a fast-paced health system environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with physicians and staff.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities essential for operations.
• Knowledge of finance best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front end revenue cycle workflows to meet practice revenue targets.
• Conduct daily rounds with staff to uphold MMG performance standards.
• Coordinate annual operating budget development and monitor performance to budget.
• Manage patient experience and access at assigned practices.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Oversee inventory of medications and medical equipment; ensure supply.
