Job summary

Methodist Health System is seeking an Office Manager to supervise daily facility operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with Physicians to maintain service standards and participate in staffing, budgeting and performance reviews.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, plus several years of supervisory experience.

Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software.

Responsibilities

Supervise and perform front end revenue cycle workflows to achieve practice revenue targets.
Round with staff daily to ensure MMG performance standards and staff engagement.
Coordinate budget development and monitor performance against budgets.
Manage and report patient experience and access at assigned practice.
Hire, train, monitor and retain staff; conduct annual performance evaluations.
Oversee inventory management for medications and medical equipment.
Collaborate with providers to develop business strategies and patient services.
