Job summary

Methodist Medical Group is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily facility operations and partner with physicians to sustain high-quality patient care. You will supervise front-end revenue cycle workflows, monitor staff performance, and drive budgeting, staffing and inventory processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, service excellence, and collaboration with MMG leadership to achieve performance targets and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, health information management or business administration preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with physicians, staff and patients.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy with relevant health care admin software.
• Good leadership, training and goal-setting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of financial/ accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure efficient processes.
• Collaborate with physicians to maintain high quality patient care.
• Supervise front end revenue cycle workflows to meet practice revenue targets.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Manage staffing plans and scheduling for assigned practices.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets and variances.
• Ensure inventory management for medications and equipment.
• Address patient complaints per MMG policy.
• Lead practice committees and support staff engagement.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of providers.
• Contribute to growth strategies for the practice.
