Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a skilled leader to oversee the employee life cycle and drive operational readiness for clinical and administrative operations at the Bethlehem campus.

With 2+ years in medical office or practice operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven abilities in supervision, coaching, and performance management, you will improve staffing, scheduling, patient access and overall patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of medical office or practice operations experience, including supervision and coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staffing, scheduling, patient access and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership presence and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform leadership and managerial functions across the employee life cycle for direct reports including hiring, onboarding, performance management, ongoing coaching and development, recognition, etc.
• Ensure operational readiness for clinical and administrative operations (e.g., developing employee schedules; maintaining supply inventory, office equipment and furnishings, cleanliness; facilitating daily huddles; updating time management systems; maintaining Point of Care licensing, etc.)
• Manage practice operations, workflow execution, employee collaboration and overall patient experience.
• Partner with other organizational functions (e.g., Billing/Coding, Facilities/Property Management, Hospital Entity departments, Access Center, etc.) to coordinate and facilitate effective practice operations.
• Maintain strong collaboration with Access Center operations and centralized functions to enable seamless operations and optimal patient/employee experiences.
