Responsibilities

• Lead operations across two Pediatric Primary Care locations
• Develop staff schedules and manage workflow for clinical and administrative operations
• Ensure a positive patient experience and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with Billing/Coding, Facilities, and other departments to optimize operations
• Monitor performance metrics (volume, satisfaction, productivity, quality) and drive improvements
• Escalate and address critical operational, patient, and staff issues
