Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of medical office or practice operations experience, including staffing and scheduling.
• Experience supervising staff and maintaining service/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the operations of assigned practices to ensure efficient workflows and patient experience.
• Develops employee schedules, maintains inventory, coordinates daily huddles and time management.
• Collaborates with Billing/Coding, Facilities, and Access Center to optimize practice operations.
• Escalates operational, patient, and employee issues and drives improvement initiatives.
• Monitors performance metrics and implements strategies to improve volume, satisfaction and quality.
