Amae Health is hiring a Practice Operations Manager for our uptown Charlotte, NC clinic to lead day-to-day operations and align clinical and administrative teams.

You will partner with Clinical Director and cross-functional leaders to optimize care delivery, staff scheduling, regulatory compliance, and patient experience, while driving KPIs and ensuring sustainable operations in a high-acuity behavioral health setting.

Formación

• 5+ years running operations in a high-growth or high-intensity environment.
• Direct experience leading multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct oversight of day to day operations of the clinic, in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain a welcoming, compliant clinic space following brand guidelines.
• Partner with vendors and business partners including management, supplies, cleaning, and regulatory visits.
• Maintain and oversee schedules to ensure consistent patient experience and regulatory compliance.
• Drive KPI performance and continuous operational improvements across clinics.
