Job summary

Amae Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Practice Operations Manager to lead clinic operations, partner with clinical leadership, and drive superb patient experiences.

You will manage people, systems, and processes onsite, ensuring compliance and efficient service delivery while embracing new technologies and continuous improvement. This full-time, in-person role supports rapid growth in SMI-focused care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running operations in a high-growth or high-intensity environment.
• Direct experience leading multidisciplinary or cross-functional, in-person teams.
• Formal methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations alongside the Clinical Director.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming clinic space per brand guidelines.
• Partner with vendors, building management, medical supply providers, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain systems and documents for Joint Commission and regulatory compliance.
• Manage schedules and templates to ensure consistent member experience and compliance.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams, driving continuous improvement.
