Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading HR, clinical, and front office teams.
• Knowledge of HR administration, payroll, benefits, and employment laws.
• Familiarity with AAAHC, CLIA, CMS requirements is desirable.
• Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or medical aesthetics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of HR, clinical, and front desk departments, ensuring alignment with practice goals and standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and workflow optimization to improve productivity and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, AAAHC, CLIA, CMS, and state/federal regulations; manage risk and training.
• Lead budgeting, KPI tracking, and financial performance in partnership with ownership and accounting partners.
• Oversee revenue cycle management, billing accuracy, denials management, and vendor relationships.
