Qualifikationen

• Current Oklahoma RN license required.
• BCLS/ACLS/PALS certification required; if not current, certification within 90 days of hire for ACLS and PALS.

• Manage direction of patient care in the facility and oversee staffing, orientation, and education.
• Schedule staff for Pre-op, Surgery, and PACU and approve time off requests.
• Oversee cross-training and staff evaluation, counseling, and discipline with HR as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards; maintain Cerner documentation.
