Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this leadership role.
• Five years of management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P&L and financial management.
• Excellent communication with staff and high-end clients.
• Experience in medical aesthetics or luxury service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate operational excellence across the practice.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks to optimize workflow.
• Design strategies to elevate patient experience and business performance.
• Cover shifts during gaps to maintain smooth operations.
• Participate in strategic P&L oversight.
• Motivate teams to meet revenue and performance targets.
• Create plans to drive growth and exceed quarterly collections.
• Foster an environment where luxury meets genuine care.
• Transform patient feedback into refined service experiences.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock of products.
• Oversee scheduling to maximize patient satisfaction and efficiency.
• Record keeping and safeguarding patient records.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding with HR.
• Address employee concerns with professionalism.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with healthcare safety standards.
• Adhere to AMP policies and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
