Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and fiscal management for Internal Medicine practice.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of staff.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise patient service staff, medical assistants, LVNs, and RNs in partnership with Clinic Medical Director.
