Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of related healthcare experience or a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of related healthcare experience
• Three (3)+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience and proven success in supervisory, organizational and customer service skills
• Strong administration and organization skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to train and mentor staff
• Experience in developing, managing and implementing complex workflows

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Internal Medicine practice at Hillcrest
• Manage fiscal operations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development
• Lead process improvements and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
