Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to oversee scheduling, staff performance, and compliance across clinics. You will coordinate department operations and collaborate with leadership to improve patient care and reimbursement processes.

This role requires knowledge of accrediting bodies and state regulations, plus experience in medical records, coding or reimbursement, and significant management experience in a group practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Reports therapeutic and diagnostic concerns and safety issues to the Director of Practice Operations.
• Reviews billing practices and coding to ensure timely physician and office reimbursement.
• Ensures clinics comply with accreditation standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, and state regulations.
• Establishes staff schedules, ensures adequate coverage, and manages physician scheduling.
• Provides a safe environment for patient care through practice rounds, inventory control, and equipment checks.
