Job summary

D4C Dental is seeking an Operations Manager to lead practice operations, drive financial performance, and enhance patient experience. This role requires overseeing administrative support to front/back office and aligning staff with the company mission to improve children’s oral health.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership in healthcare settings, strong communication, and a track record of staff development. Bachelor's in business or related field; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive leadership and practice management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, business or training.
• Strong healthcare management and customer service leadership is a plus.
• Experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Manage office staff including problem solving, planning, delegation and conflict management.
• Build and maintain a positive office culture.
• In coordination with HR, select and orientate office staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and submit reviews; ensure learning modules are completed.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and resolve complaints/concerns.
• Onboard and train new employees; implement policies to drive performance.
• Meet or exceed annual NPS targets and support revenue-related goals.
• Provide information across departments to support compliance and revenue cycle.
• Act as liaison between practice and other departments and entities.
