Job summary

TriHealth Heart Institute is seeking an Associate Practice Administrator to oversee Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery practices. You will lead a diverse team across multiple sites, drive operational excellence, and partner closely with physicians to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business with healthcare administration experience, strong computer and EMR (Epic) skills, and a proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
• Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 4-5 years experience in Professional Business required.
• Proficient with computers.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including telephone etiquette.
• Flexible and adaptive to a changing environment.
• Experience working within an EMR such as Epic.

Responsibilities

• Relationship/Culture: Supports and implements models of care, systems, policies, and cultural norms to deliver superior patient care and improve recruitment and retention of team members.
• Operations Management: Manage the practice to ensure processes align with policies and procedures in a professional, organized, and efficient manner.
• Coaching/Development: Manage direct reports with coaching, feedback and development to motivate and drive a high performing team.
• Provider Engagement: Coordinate provider onboarding processes and credentialing requirements including state license, DEA, CME, and EPIC training templates.
• Quality/Safety/Satisfaction: Set goals and initiatives to improve quality of care and patient safety; monitor compliance.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Ensure open communication; collaborate across teams daily.
• Regulation: Ensure regulatory standards compliance and HIPAA/OSHA/EMS adherence.
