Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Cardiovascular Surgery practice.
• Oversee supervision of staff, training, and evaluations; manage time off and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA and other regulations; manage credentialing for new providers.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and monitoring of expenditures; support revenue cycle processes.
• Develop relationships with USA Health stakeholders and referral networks to maximize efficiencies and budget controls.
