Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a health care field; 4 years related experience, 2 in supervision.
• Directly related experience may substitute for the required education.
• Comparable education/experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day operations of the practice with the Director and ensures standards.
• Designs and implements business strategies for Cardiovascular Surgery in the regional market.
• Oversees supervision of staff, training, evaluations, and time-off approvals.
• Monitors scheduling, staffing levels, and adherence to established standards.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and other regulations across areas.
• Manages revenue cycle processes and contract requirements.
• Prepares annual budget and monitors financial expenditures.
• Develops relationships with stakeholders and the referral network.
• Performs all mandatory department, hospital, and credentialing requirements.
